Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting operations, business process improvement, or analytics.
  • Experience with ERP, reporting, or business intelligence platforms (Oracle, OBIEE, ARCS, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models and automated reporting.
  • Knowledge of revenue accounting, accounts receivable, and SOX controls.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

Must reside in Georgia and be onsite 5 days a week.

We're seeking a Financial Systems & Process Improvement Analyst to support revenue accounting operations through process automation, financial systems optimization, and data-driven reporting. This role will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to enhance revenue processes, improve reporting capabilities, and drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate and optimize revenue accounting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting processes.
  • Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Lead financial systems enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
  • Manage reconciliation automation, transaction matching, and close process optimization.
  • Support SOX compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to eliminate manual processes and drive continuous improvement.
