Job summary

The Intersect Group is partnering with a leading healthcare distribution and patient services organization to modernize its financial systems. We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst IV focused on Financial Systems & Process Improvement to drive automation, reporting enhancements, and scalable finance processes.

In this hybrid Atlanta-area role, you will partner with Revenue Accounting and Finance leadership to deliver high-impact projects, including Oracle Cloud ERP implementations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting concepts and financial close processes.
• Experience with system integrations, reporting transformations, and automation.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and financial process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate AR reserve models (bad debt, contractual adjustments, allowances).
• Develop revenue reporting, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and risks.
• Manage Oracle ARCS transaction matching, including design and automated rules.
• Lead financial systems enhancements, testing, and UAT for revenue/receivables workflows.
• Support reporting platform migrations, data validation, and transformation projects.
• Automate reconciliations and improve finance operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, Operations, and stakeholders to scale processes.
• Support SOX compliance, audit requests, control documentation, and governance.
