Opportunity:

The Business Process Analyst will collaborate with Project Managers, functional groups, stakeholders, and technical staff to ensure accurate and timely data support for projects. The role involves working with third-party vendors as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Define, analyze, document, and publish project data, surveys, business processes, and information exchange requirements across various project stages.
2. Build relationships across the enterprise and stay informed about initiatives in other areas.
3. Conduct business systems process analysis and needs assessments to identify improvements.
4. Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand and produce business/project data.
5. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for student service and finance functions.
6. Communicate UAT results, issues, and risks to project teams.
7. Manage multiple assignments, monitor progress, and report to ensure timely delivery.
8. Collaborate with PMO, Training, QA, compliance, and stakeholders for smooth system or process go-lives.
9. Maintain knowledge of policies and processes, sharing insights with stakeholders.
10. Archive project documentation and test results per standards.
11. Contribute to strategic projects for successful outcomes.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Business operations experience preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in business process modeling, data analysis, or supporting business decisions.
• IT systems analysis/design experience desirable.
• Proven ability to prioritize and achieve outcomes.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact at all organizational levels and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Software skills required include Salesforce, Cognos, Banner, ProSam, Five9, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Lucid Chart.

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
