Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Readiness Analyst to identify gaps in resources, staffing, and processes for operational preparedness at Fort Meade. You will collect and interpret data, building dashboards and actionable metrics for leadership and teams.

The role requires mid-level experience with 6+ years with a bachelor's (or 4+ years with a master's, or 10+ years with a high school diploma) and an active TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance.
