The role requires mid-level experience with 6+ years with a bachelor's (or 4+ years with a master's, or 10+ years with a high school diploma) and an active TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Conduct assessments to identify gaps in readiness capabilities, resources, staffing, and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational preparedness.
• Create clear and actionable readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Provide visibility into readiness to leadership and operational teams.
• Support an upcoming high-impact mission at Fort Meade.
• Evaluate and strengthen organizational preparedness by analyzing capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes affecting operational readiness.
