The role focuses on evaluating readiness by analyzing capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes that affect operational readiness.

This position is part of a pending contract proposal; we are interviewing to identify qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years with Masters; or High School Diploma with 10 years relevant experience.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration.
• Salary range is a good faith estimate based on location and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify gaps in readiness capabilities, resources, staffing, and processes.
• Create clear and actionable readiness reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership visibility.
