Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an early-career Business/Systems Analyst to join a large organization and support critical operations through technology, data, and process improvement.

You will partner with management and other teams to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement enterprise solutions using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, operations analysis, or a related field.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing workflows, or identifying process improvements.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• Exposure to Power BI, Maximo, and/or CAPS is highly valuable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, systems, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into system and process requirements.
• Gather and document business needs, functional requirements, workflows, and system changes.
• Analyze data and operational information to support better business decisions.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
