Commonpoint Queens (Samuel Field YM and YWHA) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day‑to‑day HR operations across multiple sites in Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan.
You will lead onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, staff development, and data reporting, reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, with emphasis on discretion, accuracy, and timely, mission‑driven support.

To continue advancing the impact we have across the communities we serve, Commonpoint is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner situated within the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department plays a vital role in supporting the agency's operations across more than 80 sites and a workforce of nearly 3,000 staff. The individual hired as Human Resources Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, training, staff development, and HRIS administration, ensuring that staff receive timely, accurate, and mission‑aligned HR support. This role reports directly to Sr. HR Business Partner.
