Job summary

Second Front Systems is seeking a Business & People Operations Associate to support our EMEA entities. You will administer Dutch employment processes and coordinate with payroll, HR, accounting, legal, and corporate-service providers, working with the Head of EMEA and global teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in business or HR operations with Dutch employment administration, fluent English, and strong confidentiality.

• The FTE base salary range is €65,000–€78,000 per year, with potential equity and bonuses.
