Job summary

Aquent Talent, a leading provider of marketing, creative, and design talent, seeks an analytical operations professional to support critical business processes and KPI reporting from its Mountain View work location. You will drive process execution, coordinate stakeholders, and improve operational health through metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, program management, project coordination, or a related discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Advanced experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day operational processes across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, reports, and business records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Monitor program health, identify process gaps, and drive resolution of operational issues.
• Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support vendor onboarding, engagement tracking, delivery management, and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable operational solutions.
• Track risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support ad hoc business analysis, special projects, and leadership requests.
