Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for providing daily management and coordination of practice operations to practice office managers, practice managers, and practice administrators, overseeing up to 20-30 employed physician practices, including up to 75 physicians and 25 advanced practice practitioners.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. 10%: Collaborate with Operations Directors to analyze growth and financial viability of areas of responsibility. This requires strategic competence in business growth for individual practices and service lines within the physician employed group. The role involves developing strong relationships within the system, including relevant business units, to meet strategic goals.
  2. 25%: Direct and evaluate practice operations across locations, overseeing service and division representatives, FTEs, quality, and financials.
  3. 15%: Mentor managers within the MSF and oversee the residency component of the MSF Talent Manager program. Teach and mentor new and existing managers to enhance their competencies.
  4. 25%: Work strategically to improve operational goals and objectives, review financials, productivity, and develop operational plans to enhance practice efficiency.
  5. 25%: Collaborate with clinical administrative staff and practice managers to facilitate quality initiatives, including patient safety, care outcomes, research, and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
