Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating daily practice operations for office managers, practice managers, and administrators across up to 20-30 employed physician practices, involving approximately 75 physicians and 25 advanced practice practitioners.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. 10%: Collaborate with Operations Directors to analyze growth and financial viability, focusing on business development for individual practices and service lines. Develop strong relationships within the system to meet strategic goals.
2. 25%: Oversee and evaluate operations at each location, including supervision of service and division representatives, FTEs, quality, and financial performance.
3. 15%: Mentor managers within the MSF and oversee the residency component of the MSF Talent Manager program, enhancing managerial competencies.
4. 25%: Work strategically to set operational goals, review financials and productivity, and develop plans to improve practice operations.
5. 25%: Collaborate with clinical administrative staff and practice managers to implement quality initiatives related to patient safety, care outcomes, research, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
