About The Role

The BizOps team drives impactful business initiatives through ownership and execution of strategic projects. Members use a first principles approach and data analysis to inform decisions. Managers need to quickly learn new topics, identify high-impact opportunities, and drive efficient execution. The work is often tied to company-wide OKRs and involves communicating with the executive team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead operational and strategic projects to drive outcomes like efficiency, revenue, product launches, and cost savings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams; contribute to roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on metrics.
• Identify new impactful initiatives via analysis and research; help set BizOps OKRs.
• Support international expansion efforts, working with operational, recruiting, compliance, and leadership teams.
• Contribute to high-priority projects such as capital markets and board materials.
• Assist in building dashboards and metrics infrastructure, guiding teams in their use.
• Support go-to-market and growth strategies for new products, collaborating across teams.
• Create compelling presentations and memos for communication.

This role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, including background and credit checks. Failure to maintain registration requirements may result in employment rescission or termination.
