The Business Operations Manager will serve as a key liaison between the Business Operations Function and the assigned Brand/Specialty, fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence. This role is crucial in aligning business objectives with operational strategies, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with the assigned brand/specialty leadership team to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and execute operational priorities. You will partner closely with the Business Operations leadership team across all pillars to align business needs with the operating model, focusing on talent and client experience.
