Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

• Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA - 3 days onsite
• Must have strong operations background
• Must have management experience
• Must come from insurance/ underwriting/ finance/ brokerage background

Day to Day:

This role manages backend processes after policy issuance, including binding, endorsements, cancellations, and inspections, reporting directly to the CFO. It ensures workflow efficiency, compliance with carrier contracts, and service standards while coordinating across departments and some outsourcing groups.

Key responsibilities include reviewing procedures, creating SOPs, auditing workflows, assisting with compliance concerns, monitoring licensing, and working with technical teams to align system applications with business needs. The role supports department leaders in system implementations, efficiency audits, and workflow updates while regularly testing systems for accuracy. Mostly sedentary, it involves constant computer use for data analysis and documentation, with occasional office movement to access files or equipment.

MUST HAVES:

• 8-10 years of related industry experience
• insurance, finance, or banking
• Background in operation workflow
• Experience managing at least 10-15 people
• Experience managing and handling clients/ vendors
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products - strong Excel

Plusses:

• Bachelor's degree and professional certifications
• Knowledge of ALIS system

Compensation:

$100,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
