• Experience designing scalable operating models or governance mechanisms with measurable impact.
• Deep analytical skills translating complex data into executive insights and recommendations.
• Experience applying AI technologies to redesign workflows and improve organizational effectiveness.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will own strategic business operations that improve how the organization plans, executes, and scales across the enterprise.

The role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into durable operating models and governance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategy, analytics, and organizational influence to help drive data-informed decisions and operational effectiveness.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $229,000 – $255,000 annually
