Job summary

Woodward is seeking a seniorSupply Chain leader to oversee inventory, lead the team, and optimize processes across the supply chain. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate reports to management.

Ideal candidates bring government contract familiarity, SAP/4HANA experience, and strong financial acumen to support Woodward's global manufacturing operations and growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience with government contracts preferred.
  • ITAR/EAR compliance and U.S. person eligibility required.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the seamless flow of goods through the supply chain.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the supply chain team, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.

Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum). All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures business continuity.
  • Technical Proficiency in Supply Chain Software: Demonstrates proficiency in using supply chain management software and other relevant technologies to manage operations.
  • Financial Acumen: Understands and manages supply chain budgets, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support the organization's financial health.
Successful Candidates Typically Have
  • Government contract familiarity preferred
  • Project management familiarity preferred
  • SAP/4HANA experience preferred
