Job summary

BIOCYTOGEN LLC is a fast-growing biotech company seeking a talented professional to bridge science and business in Madison, WI. You will leverage deep bioscience knowledge to identify opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with clients in immuno-oncology and related fields.

The role requires travel to meetings and conferences, collaboration with marketing, and strong communication skills to convert science insights into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD in bioscience required.
• Strong interest in biopharma science and business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences.
• Mandarin language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Master the science and business skills in immuno-oncology, animal model gene engineering, and preclinical pharmacology.
• Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore business opportunities, negotiate and secure contracts.
• Attend trade shows and relevant conferences.
• Support the Marketing Team in branding and marketplace awareness.

• Ph.D. in the bioscience field: specifically metabolic, diabetic or pharmacology.
• Strong interest to learn advances in biopharmaceutical science and business
• Enjoy networking with top scientists from biotech and biopharma companies
• Proven track record of revenue generation is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel (i.e., customer meetings, conferences/vendor shows
• Mandarin speaker highly preferred
