Our client, an environmental startup, is seeking a Business Operations Associate with 0-4 years of experience. You'll be a sharp, analytical and polished generalist who sits one seat away from the CEO and works closely with the Head of Special Projects and the Head of Ops.

What will you be doing?

• Track infrastructure and construction projects: contractor payments, invoices, completed work and cost breakdowns, ready to go whenever leadership asks.
• Build people analytics and dashboards (hiring by function, retention, attrition and why people leave) and turn them into board-ready slides and culture initiatives.
• Run cross-functional special projects such as the company rebrand, keeping Notion trackers on agencies, the website, the logo and design hiring so the CEO is always briefed.
• Automate and analyze data across Rippling, Ramp and Ashby to improve onboarding, recruiting and internal systems.
• Explain the company's niche fusion work to executives, candidates and university professors, and represent the company at events and conferences.

Key Requirements

Consulting (MBB/Big 4) or high-growth GTM/SDR experience

• Bachelor's degree from a top 50-75 school. A technical degree (physics, math, astronomy, neuroscience) is strongly preferred. Former athletes are a plus.
• Extremely detail-oriented and analytical, with strong Google Sheets/Excel, deck-building and project management (Notion) skills.
• Polished, executive-ready communicator who is comfortable with C-suite, investors, government and academic stakeholders.
• Thrives in an intense, Tesla/SpaceX-style environment. Low ego, happy to switch between entry-level and high-level work, and fast-growing.
