About The Opportunity

Contentful is looking for an IC Manager to join the Business Operations and Strategy (BOS) team to help scale our business. As a thought partner to senior management, you will work closely with teams across the organization to understand business performance, set strategy, and drive business growth. As a member of the BOS team, you will become a trusted advisor to Contentful’s executives and functional leaders, working on high-impact, top-priority issues facing the business.

This is a hybrid role where office attendance is expected 2-3 days per week.

What To Expect

1. Own ongoing key strategic initiatives that drive meaningful growth such as Pricing & Packaging.
2. Identify growth, efficiency, and strategic opportunities for the business through qualitative and quantitative analysis, evaluating investments or strategic decisions, and communicating insights to senior executives.
3. Drive successful execution of specific initiatives, process improvements, or systems enhancements supporting growth.
4. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, contributing to high-priority projects as the connective tissue of the company.

What You Need To Be Successful

• Strong business generalists with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the content platform space.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity, BizOps, strategy, or corporate development roles.
• Experience in enterprise GTM, Pricing & Packaging, data analytics, business intelligence, or program management is valuable.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and accurately.
• Periodic travel may be required.

Colorado Salary Range: $151,000 - $184,000. Eligible for equity awards.
