Responsibilities

This opportunity is designed for a strategic operator who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building operational infrastructure where processes do not yet exist. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role combines customer deployment ownership, operational strategy, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience within a startup, consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational initiatives or strategic projects
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in highly ambiguous environments with minimal established processes
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to independently prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives
• Strong academic background demonstrating rigorous analytical thinking
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California
• U.S.-based applicants only

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management consulting experience
• Early-stage startup experience supporting rapid organizational growth through Series A or Series B funding
• Experience building operational systems and scalable business processes from the ground up
• Strong client relationship management experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Experience supporting AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software implementations

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $140,000–$220,000 annually
