Position Overview

Kids Thrive is seeking a Business Office Manager for a Pediatric Mental Health Program serving clients aged 3 to 10. Prior experience with children in educational or treatment settings is preferred. Our team specializes in supporting high-acuity early childhood populations, providing a safe, nurturing environment for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and greet clients, families, and visitors
2. Assist with intake paperwork and enter referrals into the EMR
3. Maintain medical and staff records, including tracking referrals
4. Obtain prior authorization for treatments
5. Order supplies and materials for the program

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Schedule and Benefits
