Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate core values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee transmissions of all Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA Billings, and private statements.
  • Act as liaison between family members and billing agencies regarding financial assistance.
  • Help onboard new teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, college is preferred
  • One to three years nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems
  • Customer Service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values listed above is a must!
