Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions.

How You Will Make a Difference
  1. Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if necessary.
  2. Manage daily operations of the Business Office, including managing budgets and records.
  3. Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for residents.
  4. Maintain vital statistics such as census, discharges, admits, deaths, and transfers.
  5. Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process.
  6. Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported.
What You Need To Make a Difference
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant experience in a Long Term Care environment.
  2. 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
  3. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
