Golden Orchards Senior Living Facility in Fennville is looking for an experienced Business Office Manager. The office manager will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently and appropriately. The Office Manager will work closely with residents and family members to meet community needs. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, communicate effectively with all staff levels, and assist with problem-solving. Apply if you meet these requirements.

Duties
  1. Support the Managing Director.
  2. Oversee financial aspects such as billing, banking, and accounting.
  3. Caring for residents, assisting with daily activities like toileting, bathing, transfers, and grooming.
  4. Contact contractors and vendors for services such as billing and accounting.
  5. Handle hiring requirements, maintain personnel files, and collect past due accounts.
  6. Supervise the selection and ordering of supplies.
  7. Ensure educational pamphlets and brochures are available for residents.
  8. Oversee marketing practices and maintain an appropriate office environment.
  9. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  1. Experience caring for seniors is essential.
  2. Experience managing staff, including hiring and dismissal.
  3. HR experience.
  4. YARDI experience preferred.
  5. Experience with accounts receivable and payable.
  6. Ability to work all shifts, covering schedule openings and call-offs.
