Qualifications

• Knowledge of receivables and collections and payroll processes.
• Ability to work with department managers to ensure proper paperwork.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all business office and HR functions for the residence.
• Oversee payables/receivables for residents and vendors; coordinate payment arrangements.
• Manage payroll, personnel files, and vacation records; supervise receptionist.
• Ensure billing and financial reporting comply with policies and regulations.
• Maintain vendor files and assist with coding of bills for payment.
• Maintain and review all associate records in line with policies and external agencies.
