Suburban Endoscopy Center is seeking a full-time Business Office Coordinator to support the Administrator in daily business office operations. The role supervises Registration and Medical Records, oversees staff hiring and performance reviews, and ensures compliant accounts receivable processes.
The BOC will help manage cash receipts, vendor contracts, and contribute to strategic planning to improve DSO and reduce bad debt. Benefits and a strong team environment are available.

The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Administrator with the day to day operations of the business office. The BOC is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Registration and Medical Records. The BOC will be in charge of the business office in the absence of the Administrator.
$27.58/hr – $33.79/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
