Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to answer questions from residents or family members on patient accounts.
• Perform collection calls and issue letters.
• Maintain resident trust and petty cash accounts.
• Handle all accounts payable aspects where applicable.
• Assist residents or family with PDP applications.
