The Business Office Assistant supports the Business Office Manager by maintaining accurate financial records for the facility, with primary responsibility for managing the Resident Funds Management System (RFMS) and preparing accurate monthly financial reports. This role records resident withdrawals, maintains daily trust account balances, processes personal bill payments, and ensures secure, organized handling of receipts and documentation. Additional duties include sorting and processing mail, handling incoming calls, completing bank deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining a professional and orderly workspace. The Business Office Assistant collaborates with the Business Office Manager to print checks and provide administrative support, while consistently applying company policies and upholding resident confidentiality. The position promotes a positive, inclusive workplace culture, supports customer service excellence, and adheres to the Residents’ Bill of Rights in all interactions.
