Monarchmn is seeking a dedicated Administrator to manage a nursing home campus in Mankato, Minnesota. The Administrator will ensure quality resident care, compliance with regulations, and a supportive staff environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, possess a current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license, and have at least 2 years of experience in long-term care.

The Administrator is accountable for the management, control and operation of the nursing home campus and sets the tone to ensure a home-like atmosphere. The Administrator operates the nursing home in a manner that is an effective and efficient use of its resources to realize the ultimate goal of attaining and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. The responsibilities of the Administrator include ensuring quality resident care through compliance with all federal, state and local laws as well as retaining highly trained, happy and motivated staff. Administrators are charged with creating, demonstrating and setting expectations for a culture of collaboration, compassion, and customer service that will strongly encourage staff to self-report areas of improvement and ensure residents’ rights are protected.
