Qualifications
  1. Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or a related field required.
  2. Skills: Must have good organizational and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comprehensive computer and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with people, manage time effectively, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate assertiveness, maturity, approachability, and open-mindedness.
  3. Experience: At least three (3) years supporting middle to executive level staff, preferably in healthcare (preferably hospice) or similar operations that have provided opportunities to develop administrative and managerial skills.
General Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Administrator and according to prescribed policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations, the Business Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the hospice office.
