Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service to customers all day, every day.
• Maintain knowledge of all finance programs and inform the sales team promptly.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Foster relationships with insurance vendors and lending institutions.
• Close sales by building rapport and delivering deals per Ryan Nissan requirements.
• Prepare paperwork and contracts and deliver deals per dealership standards.
• Meet with sales staff daily to review results and plan actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer outstanding customer service to our customers …. all day, everyday
• Maintain current knowledge of all finance programs and disseminate information to the sales team promptly
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with insurance vendors and lending institutions
• Close sales by building rapport with each customer
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals per Ryan Nissan requirements
• Meet with sales staff every day to review yesterday’s results and today’s plan of action

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive F&I experience is preferrable
• Complete understanding of "team" concept
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to maintain complete organization throughout the deal
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid ND Driver's License
