Job summary

Lighthouse Vision is a Christ-centered company building a portfolio of thriving, independent businesses. We seek a Business Manager to own Admin and Finance functions on-site in Two Harbors, MN, with significant autonomy as the company scales.

You will manage budgets, cash flow, and financial projections, work with external bookkeepers, and build efficient organizational systems across multiple businesses. HR duties and Google Workspace tools are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cash flow, and financial projections.
• Experience coordinating with external bookkeepers and performing select bookkeeping/reconciliations.
• Proven ability to build and improve organizational systems and processes across multiple businesses.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and HR-related activities, including onboarding and records management.
