Massage Envy Magnolia-Westwood Village in Magnolia, TX is seeking leaders to drive membership growth, retail sales, and excellent guest experiences. The role offers full-time and part-time positions, a schedule that supports work-life balance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required.

• Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving membership, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, and more.
• Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance.
• Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly.
