Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of business litigation paralegal experience.
  • Experience managing litigation matters through trial and post-trial phases.
  • eDiscovery experience.
  • Proficiency with Westlaw and Lexis legal research platforms.
  • Experience with document management systems and litigation support software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Coordinate document review, productions, and eDiscovery processes.

  • Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw, Lexis, and other research resources.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with federal and state court rules.
  • Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness materials, and other trial support documents.
  • Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed.
  • Support post-trial motions, appeals, and related litigation activities.
