Job summary

Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC is recruiting for an associate with 3-5 years of business litigation experience to handle a broad range of disputes in our Maryland offices (Baltimore or Columbia).

The ideal candidate will have courtroom experience, be able to manage pre-trial discovery including drafting pleadings, depositions, and document production, and possess strong research, writing, and oral communication skills; Maryland Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Experience handling pre-trial discovery, pleadings, depositions, and document production.
• Must be admitted to the Maryland Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of business disputes including breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation.
• Manage all phases of pre-trial discovery; draft pleadings, take depositions, oversee document production, and prepare for trial.
