Job summary

Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC is recruiting for an associate with 3-5 years of business litigation experience to handle a broad range of disputes in our Maryland offices (Baltimore or Columbia).

The ideal candidate will have courtroom experience, be able to manage pre-trial discovery including drafting pleadings, depositions, and document production, and possess strong research, writing, and oral communication skills; Maryland Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We're recruiting for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in business litigation to handle a wide range of business disputes, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation work in our client's Baltimore or Columbia, Maryland offices.

Qualified candidates should have previous courtroom experience and be able to manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, engaging in document production, and preparing for trial; actual trial experience is required. Excellent academic credentials and exceptional research, analytical, written, and oral communication skills are required.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar of Maryland.

The salary range is $155,000 - $170,000 based on experience.
