Dykema’s Business Litigation practice group is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in complex litigation, including substantial experience in motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. The expected workload will be a mix of general business disputes, white collar criminal defense and government investigations work. Meaningful courtroom exposure, client interaction, and involvement in trial preparation and trial work are highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates who have managed cases end-to-end, including fact investigation and all phases of discovery. Exceptional writing skills, confident oral advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.
