We are an established, full-service business law firm based in Dallas with a strong regional reputation and a tenured bench of attorneys recognized in Texas Super Lawyers and D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas. Our litigation group is one of the firm's core strengths, and we are looking to add an associate who is ready to do real work.

What the role looks like

Complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts. You will work on contract disputes, business torts, corporate and shareholder conflicts, and securities‑related matters. Associates here get substantive responsibility early. You are not going to spend years on document review before you see the inside of a courtroom or get your name on a brief that matters.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of business and commercial litigation experience at a peer‑level firm
• A background that includes corporate, commercial, or securities work
• Strong writing, that is not negotiable
• Someone who wants to build here, not just use this as a stepping stone
