Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Business Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles, California office. The successful candidate will handle complex business litigation matters, contribute to a collaborative team, and participate in all phases of litigation from discovery through trial.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and California licensure, with 4–6 years of relevant experience and strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience in a business litigation practice group.
• Experience in trusts and estates litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct written discovery and manage depositions.
• Draft pleadings and substantive motions.
• Attend mediations and court appearances.
• Assist at trials and arbitrations.
