Orion Placement is seeking a skilled business litigation associate for remote-flexible work supporting our North Carolina offices. The role focuses on developing case strategy, researching issues, and preparing pleadings for commercial disputes, with opportunities to advance to hearings.

You must have 2+ years of business litigation experience and a North Carolina or South Carolina bar license. A collaborative, proactive approach is valued in our client-focused team.

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Help develop case strategy and advance business and commercial litigation matters.
