Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of business litigation experience to support a remote regional team. The role requires a North Carolina or South Carolina bar license and offers opportunities to develop case strategy, research, and litigation materials while collaborating with clients.

You will work on business and commercial disputes, with flexibility to reside near one of the North Carolina offices (Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington) while enjoying

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• An independent, adaptable approach and the confidence to take initiative.
• Strong academic credentials are preferred.
