Confidential Employer in the United States seeks a business litigation attorney to develop case strategy and advance commercial matters. The position offers remote flexibility while supporting Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Wilmington offices.

You will research issues, draft pleadings, and collaborate with clients and colleagues. A NC or SC bar license and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business litigation experience.
• North Carolina or South Carolina bar license.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Independent, adaptable approach and the initiative to take charge.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
