Location

• Seattle, WA

Duties

1. Represent a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues.
2. Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
3. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on local and national cases.
4. Provide strategic advice to clients and develop innovative solutions for complex legal challenges.
5. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for trial and hearings.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience in business litigation.
2. Experience in a law firm’s litigation department is required.
3. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
5. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
6. Proven ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters.
7. Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
