Job Overview:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate/Land Use Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and land use law, with experience in zoning, land use planning, and real estate development. This is a fully remote position, with potential for a hybrid work model starting in Fall 2025. The role offers autonomy in managing a caseload while collaborating with a seasoned team of attorneys and professionals on impactful projects in a flexible and supportive work environment.

Duties:
  1. Draft and review legal documents such as condominium declarations, CC&Rs, easements, and HOA agreements.
  2. Manage projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  3. Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and other professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  4. Conduct HOA transfer meetings and address administrative requirements.
  5. Provide legal advice on zoning, land use planning, and real estate development issues.
  6. Attend client meetings, provide updates, and offer strategic counsel for complex real estate challenges.
  7. Conduct research on legal precedents and regulatory requirements to support client success.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate and land use law, with a proven track record of excellence.
