FBT Gibbons LLP's Columbus, Ohio office is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join our national, full-service firm with 800+ attorneys. The role emphasizes collaboration on complex matters and exposure to mediations, trials, and arbitrations.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of business litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and Ohio licensure or the ability to obtain it, with a hybrid work environment and a strong commitment to pro bono and client

The Columbus, Ohio office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $190,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
