Job summary

The Orange County, California office of FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join a national full‑service firm with a coast‑to‑coast footprint. The role requires 4–6 years of litigation experience and involves written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and appearances at mediations, court hearings, and trials/arbitrations.

Compensation ranges from $210,000 to $225,000 depending on experience, with quarterly and annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience in a Business Litigation Practice Group.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials/arbitrations.
• Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The Orange County, California office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $210,000-$225,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year , depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus
