Job Details:

At least two years experience in complex commercial litigation including any of the following: business disputes, real estate, breach of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, business torts, including: noncompete/restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriations, intellectual property, shareholder derivative litigation, and class actions. Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school. Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice in Ohio. Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes: Ability to prepare quality first drafts of pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other standard documents. Ability to competently assist with fast-paced complex litigation, while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues, and the professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, ideal candidates will possess attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills.
