At least two years experience in complex commercial litigation including any of the following: business disputes; real estate; breach of fiduciary duties; contract disputes; business torts, including: noncompete/restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriations, intellectual property, shareholder derivative litigation, and class actions; Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school; Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience is a plus; Must be licensed to practice in Ohio Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus
