Confidential Employer in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced attorney for a business and commercial litigation role. The position offers a salary range of $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year, with on-site work and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience. Law firm experience is required; in-house or solo practitioners will not be considered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Business transactional and contract drafting experience preferred.
• Law firm experience required.
• No in-house or solo practitioner background.

Responsibilities

• Represent business clients in litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business transaction documents.
• Advise business owners on entity formation, governance, licensing, and operational legal matters.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes, demand letters, negotiations, and commercial conflicts.
• Appear in court, conduct hearings, negotiate settlements, and manage cases through completion.
• Build trusted client relationships while providing strategic legal guidance.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain organized case files and timely documentation.
• Participate in prospective client consultations and business development efforts.
